1,Participation Starting Point: Become a BV Agent

After completing registration and submitting an agency application through the BV APP, users can choose the appropriate agency level according to their own plans and lease the corresponding level of BV smart vending equipment to officially participate in smart retail operations.

The entire process does not require any retail or management experience, nor does it require users to independently source products or hire staff. The system provides standardized processes and operational support, significantly lowering the entry barrier

2,Equipment Deployment and System Binding

After the equipment lease is completed, the system will automatically bind the device to the agent’s account.

All sales data, inventory changes, and revenue records are centrally managed and monitored in real time through the BV APP backend. The data is clear and transparent, fully queryable and traceable, ensuring standardized and reliable operational processes.

3.Daily Operations: Restocking and Sales

BV smart vending machines are deployed in commercial areas, residential communities, schools, and other locations with stable foot traffic and high consumption frequency.

Consumers complete purchases via QR code scanning or system payments, and every transaction is recorded by the system in real time.

Agents restock products regularly according to standardized procedures, with goods centrally allocated from cloud warehouses. This ensures high response efficiency and better alignment with market demand and rapidly growing consumption trends.

Overall operations require no on-site staff, with sales and data statistics automatically completed by the system.

4.Revenue Generation and Statistical Tracking

Daily sales revenue generated by the vending machines will be automatically allocated by the system and credited to the agent’s account.

Sales revenue and profit data are updated in real time, and agents can view them at any time via mobile devices or computers.

All earnings are subject to the system records to ensure data accuracy and transparency, effectively eliminating manual errors.
5.Earnings Settlement and Withdrawal Process

When the account earnings reach the specified requirements, agents can submit a withdrawal request within the BV APP.

The withdrawal process is uniformly reviewed by the system and executed in accordance with the established settlement cycle.

All sources of earnings are clearly traceable with complete records, and the entire process strictly follows unified financial and operational rules, ensuring a standardized, transparent, and auditable settlement process.
